Anger
"Anger Transformed is Compassion". They are from the same source.
Awareness transforms anger into compassion.
By Osho- Anger
काम क्रोध अरु लोभ विवर्जित हरिपद सोयी पावे - कबीरदास
Anger is sandwiched between Kama(Desire/Discontentment/dreaming of future) and Lobh-(Hoarding/miserliness/holding on to past) because it is caused by an obstruction to either of them. (Osho's discourse on Kabir)
If one is content with what they have at the present moment, and generous to share, then anger will not arise..
Anger is the evil defense mechanism to protect Kama and Lobha, when these are replaced with LUV (love) and KHUSH (Satisfaction, contentment, happiness) anger vanishes..
Awareness transforms anger into compassion.

Reality
Everybody "reacts" as body rather than "responding" from the soul.
Out of pure self we come and into the pure self we go
From Space to Space
From Silence to Silence

Enlightenment
Enlightenment is : Everyone's nature, life source, existence.
"That which makes you happy and blissful is the only moral, the only good, the right way. That which makes you miserable is sin and needs to be avoided. "
That which takes you away from yourself is the thing to be avoided. Just be yourself."
Never accept anything that is trying to enforce something upon you against your simple nature.
There is no way for one to become Un-Enlightened.
Except man the whole existence is enlightened. Everything is at ease at home with the universe.
"From : Osho- Accept Yourself"
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Enlightnment is:
Innocence with Intellect
Unconditional Smile
Being Natural anywhere
Authenticity with Intensity
Dispassion with Enthusiasm
by Sri Sri Ravishanker
---------------------------------------
"When the 'I' dissolves into the Universal Consciousness then Enlightenment happens."
By Osho in Razor's Edge

Liberation is the merging or Prakriti and Purusha.. of Pure intelligence and Awareness
This is Kaivalya of Patanjali (Absolute Aloneness)

Inaction in Action
The wise live in the world of action, performing a thousand and one things.. but there is an undercurrent of silence always present. [ "OSHO's" from talk "What is there is there"]
The silence or non-change can be in any form..Eg.
To me, the meditation and awareness (Raja Yoga and Gyana yoga) are of the intellect (of the head). Those who are intellectual type might find it easier be in awareness or in meditation as their the unchanging, underlying current.
Whereas the emotional or people of the heart might find it easier to surrender and love (Karma and Bhakti) everything. But that needs an acceptance of the Divine a deep faith.
Over time they all blend into one and culminate into Bhakti. Awareness becomes surrender and then meditation and love..
Sometimes deep love transcends awareness and meditation, and becomes surrender..
The silence or non-change can be in any form..Eg.
- The "meditators"- eat, drink, work as a meditation. Each act is an act of meditation- Raja Yoga
- The "lovers"- love everything they do.They eat with love, walk with love and so on- Bhakti Yoga
- The "Actors"- Perform duty without attachment, there is surrender in every act - Karma Yoga
- The "Intellectual" - There is sharp awareness, alertness in everything. - Gyana Yoga
