3 Idiots (Hindi: थ्री इडीयट्स) is a 2009 Bollywood comedy directed by Rajkumar Hirani, with a screenplay by Abhijat Joshi, and produced by Vidhu Vinod Chopra. It is based on the novel Five Point Someone by Chetan Bhagat. 3 Idiots stars Aamir Khan, R. Madhavan, Sharman Joshi, Kareena Kapoor, Omi Vaidya, Parikshit Sahni and Boman Irani.

ReplyDeleteThe movie was hilarious and original in many ways. "All izz well" enlightening message in a catchy phrase which attaches itself to a few warm social messages.
The actors carried it off naturally and each one fit into their roles perfectly.. , Especially Amir Khan who beautifully carried off the role of a college student!
It could have a been a tad bit shorter, and less melodramatic at certain places.. but hey its a Hindi Movie..
Its is fun movies for young and old alike.. Go and enjoy it.. Don't miss..
OMG! After a long time we had gone to a movie to get a sense that we are still a couple. Man it rocked!! We were floored by laughter and enjoyed every reel of it.

After many years, I literally laughed till it hurt. I love books and movies which can convey a valuable message without getting preachy about it. Live the best life you can without making success your obsession - who can argue with that?
ReplyDeleteBoth songs were good. Everyone acted their roles well. Hardly noticed the two and a half hours.
